- Following your successful installation, we recommend that you then cancel your existing contract with your previous provider. If you’ve switched using One Touch Switching, your previous provider will be notified and your service will cease on an agreed date when your Airband service begins
- Your previous provider will send you a settlement invoice. Airband will reimburse you up to the value of that invoice provided you had 6 months or left on that contract.
- To make a claim, simply email us a copy of the invoice clearly showing the early termination fee via email to [email protected]
- A refund or credit to your Airband account will be actioned once you have completed your cooling off period and first payment has cleared with Airband.
- All claims for reimbursement must be submitted within 3 months of the date of your installation.
Please note, this offer is not available on the following packages: Airband 4G, Fibre Switch, Fibre 160, 330, 550 or 1000.
