This page outlines the general rules that apply to our promotional offers, along with specific terms.

- Promotions are available to eligible new residential customers only unless stated otherwise.
- Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
- Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated otherwise.
- Contract lengths, eligibility, pricing, installation timescales, and availability vary by location and technology type.
- Stated promotional pricing is applicable for the terms stated within the promotion. After the promotional period, our standard monthly pricing will apply.
- An active Direct Debit payment method is required to redeem promotional pricing.
- The promotional period starts from the activation date of your service.
- If you cancel your service before the end of the minimum term, standard early termination fees will apply.
- Installation is subject to survey. If we cannot complete installation at your property, the promotional offer will not apply.
- Promotions apply to monthly charges only. Additional services such as calls, equipment upgrades, installation enhancements, and engineer visits are billed separately.
- Speeds, promotions and connection technology are postcode or network dependant due to commercial and competitive considerations.
- Full Airband standard Terms and Conditions and fair usage policy apply in addition to these promotional terms.
- All packages include one WiFi 6 Mesh router.
- Speeds are based on median averages at peak times between 8pm and 10pm.
- Customers may switch to another package at contract end, subject to availability.
- Trustpilot rating correct as of 08 December 2025.
Contract buyout
- Airband will refund up to 6 months (or up to £500) of your early termination fees from another supplier when switching your broadband to a fibre or fixed wireless service on the Airband network.
- We are unable to offer a contract buy out when taking a service operated over a third party network but supplied by Airband.
Gift Card Terms (Where Applicable)
- Gift cards are issued by our fulfilment partner and are normally sent within 90 days of activation and first successful payment.
- The gift card value varies depending on your offer and location.
- Customers must remain active and fully paid up for the fulfilment period in order to qualify.
- If your order is cancelled, declined, fails installation or you leave during the verification period, you will not qualify for the gift card.
- Airband is not responsible for lost, stolen, expired, or unredeemed gift cards.
- There is no cash alternative available.
Free Months or Discounted Months Offers
- If you are eligible for free or discounted months, these are applied to your bill automatically.
- At the end of your promotional period, your monthly charge will revert to the standard price for your package unless otherwise stated.
- Promotion length and value can differ by property, network type, and competition in your area.
Referral Offers
- Both the referring customer and the new customer must remain active and bill paid for eligibility.
- Fulfilment timelines and reward values may vary.
- Referral offers cannot be used alongside some acquisition incentives.
- Airband reserves the right to suspend or cancel referrals if abuse or misuse is detected.
Affiliate Offers
- Offers displayed on partner websites may differ due to commercial agreements.
- All affiliate sales undergo validation after installation.
- Orders that are cancelled, declined, or fail to complete installation do not qualify for incentives.
- Airband decisions on validation outcomes are final.
