The Vision – growing our own
When it comes to telecoms, we’re the pros. So, it’s no surprise that we’re keen to grow our own talent from within to keep our successful mission flying sky-high, and our industry packed full of great talent. After all, it’s not just our broadband networks we’re invested in building and developing, but our gifted team too.
The Airband academy launched in July 2022 with a vision to build role-specific knowledge delivered directly from our experts to our trainees.

How we’re training the nation
If something is worth doing, it’s worth doing well. That’s why we’re strong believers in the Airband Academy taking a modular approach that remains flexible for both our experienced trainers and their buddies, so we can walk each individual through their learning experiences with ease.
With blended learning modules, there’s no room for getting bored either, as our training offers a great mix of both practical and classroom sessions to suit all sorts of learning styles.
We see it as our “pick and mix” approach, ensuring the training is relevant for the individual, and avoids those repetitive days!
