Renewing and upgrading your contract

Renewing your contract

Before your contract ends, we will contact you with your renewal options. If you do not renew your contract, you will automatically be moved onto a monthly rolling contract.

All standard contractual terms and conditions will apply if you decide to renew.

Upgrading your contract

During your contract term, you can upgrade your package at any point, free of charge. If you do upgrade, you will be entering into a new contract. Please note that you cannot downgrade your package until your contract term is completed.

If you are currently on a 30-day rolling contract and wish to upgrade your package, you will enter into a new contract.
