How long is the contract?
All of our residential broadband contracts for new customers are either 12 or 24 months long, depending on the package.
We offer a wide range of broadband packages, ranging from 40Mbps to 1000Mbps. We don’t price hike during contracts, so you’ll pay the same price for the rest of your contract.
After your contract ends, you will automatically move onto a monthly rolling contract. Before this happens, our renewals team will reach out to you about renewing your contract.
