I’m already in a broadband contract, how do I get out of it?

If you have up to 6 months left on your contract with another broadband provider, we will pay your early termination charges. Call our sales team on 01905 676 121 or fill in our ‘stuck in contract’ form to find out more about how this works.

Switching broadband providers can seem daunting, but we’re here to make it as easy as possible. As a consumer, you also have the right to cancel your broadband at any time, subject to your provider’s terms and conditions.

If your current supplier has not been providing you with consistent service, you can also cancel for free as they may be in breach of contract.
