Please select the type of broadband (package) below to get the most relevant troubleshooting guide:
- I have a Fibre package
- I have a fixed wireless (AirSpeed) or 4G package
- I have a Fibre Switch (SoGEA) package
Not sure what kind of broadband technology you’ve ordered? Check your order confirmation email (search your inbox for “Airband Order Confirmation”) as this will have your broadband package name on. Your package name will be in the box under “You have ordered:”. If you’re having trouble finding it, you can contact us using the details below.
