How do I find out about outages?
Unfortunately, network outages can occur from time to time. If you’ve noticed that your service isn’t working, please check our network status page where you can see known outages or report an issue.
If you are experiencing an issue not listed on the network status page, you may be able to solve the issue using our troubleshooting guide. Otherwise, you can contact our support team on 01905 676 121 to report an issue.
We are always updating our networks to maintain fast and reliable broadband. You will be informed in advance of any planned maintenance work that may affect your service.
