Are installations subject to a survey?

We will need to perform an onsite survey on all orders to make sure that you can get a connection and to confirm what needs to be done to get you installed.

We aim to survey your home within 10 working days of you placing an order. We’ll be in touch in the next few working days (via email, phone or text) to arrange your survey and we will need someone to be at home for it.

This survey allows us to know exactly what needs doing to get you installed. If we can complete the install there and then, we will. If not, we will discuss next steps with you and keep you updated via email and/or phone.
