How long will it take to get installed?

We aim to install every customer as quickly as we can. All installations are subject to a survey so that we can confirm what needs to be done to get you installed.

Every installation is different and they vary in complexity. You can read more about what is a standard installation vs a non-standard installation here. For all orders, we aim to survey your home within 10 working days of you placing an order. We will need someone to be at home for it and we’ll be in touch in the next few working days (via email, phone or text) to arrange a time and date for your survey. If we can complete the install during the survey, we will. If not, we will discuss next steps with you and keep you updated via email and/or phone.
