Not sure what kind of broadband technology you’ve ordered? Check your confirmation email; if your broadband package name is “AirSpeed,” it is fixed wireless broadband. If the package name includes “Fibre”, it is fibre broadband (FTTP). If your package is “Airband 4G”, then you have ordered our 4G home broadband service.
